Admission Notice (Second Round)

• The merit list of the candidates (General, Open and Reservation) for admission to MCA (Under Science Faculty) is displayed on the notice board on the basis of the performance of the Entrance Examination.

• The admission to MCA Part-I Class will be given strictly on the basis of merit and rules of reservation.

The students who have given entrance examination for the admission to MCA should report to the Department of Computer Science, MODERN COLLEGE,   SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE – 411 005 for finalizing their admissions as per the following schedule:

• Please Note: Admissions for General/Open Category seats will be offered on the basis of the General Merit List and admissions for the reserved category seats will be offered on the basis of the reserved category merit list.

• Venue for Counseling

         Assembly Hall, 3rd Floor
          MODERN COLLEGE, SHIVAJINAGAR, Pune - 05

• Candidates should note that this is only a call for counseling, and it does not indicate any confirmation of admission. The admissions will be offered in order of merit in each category.

• Candidates should confirm their admission by depositing Rs. 1000/-(One Thousand Only) in Cash (Non-refundable) and remaining fees to be deposited in the respective college by Wednesday, 18th July 2012.

• Counseling is for admission to

• Candidate should also note that they will not have any claim on admission after the prescribed Date & Time.

• Candidate should bring along with them following necessary  documents:
  • HSC original Mark Sheet + One Photocopy of Mark Sheet
  • B.Sc./ BCS original Mark Sheet + One Photocopy of Mark Sheet
  • Leaving Certificate (original) + One Photocopy of Leaving Certificate
  • Caste Certificate ( If applicable)
  • Gap Certificate ( If applicable)
  • Migration Certificate (If applicable)

Remaining Fees are to be deposited strictly IN CASH or by Demand Draft before Wednesday, 18th July 2012 (before 2:00 PM). If student fails to pay the said fees on or before Wednesday, 18th July 2012, his/her admission will stand cancelled.
Date of Commencement of Course:- Tuesday, 10th July 2012

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Kindly note the following vacancies for the second round:

If two or more candidates have scored equal number of marks in the entrance examination, the marks scored by the students at undergraduate level will be considered for finalizing the admission.

As soon as the required admissions are completed, the admission process will be stopped and further sessions of counseling will be cancelled.
