Admission Notice

• The merit list of the candidates (Open and Reservation) for admission to MCA (Under Science Faculty) is displayed on the notice board on the basis of the performance of the Entrance Examination.

• The admission to MCA Part-I Class will be given strictly on the basis of merit and rules of reservation.

The students who have given entrance examination for the admission to MCA should report to the Department of Computer Science, MODERN COLLEGE,   SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE – 411 005 for finalizing their admissions as per the following schedule:

• Candidates should note that this is only a call for counseling, and it does not indicate any confirmation of admission. The admissions will be offered in order of merit in each category.

• Candidates should confirm their admission by depositing Rs. 1000/-(One Thousand Only) in Cash (Non-refundable) and remaining fees to be deposited in the respective college by Monday, 12th July 2010. (Approximate Fees Rs. 35,000/- per year)

• Counseling is for admission to

• Candidate should also note that they will not have any claim on admission after the prescribed Date & Time.

• Candidate should bring along with them following necessary  documents:

• B.Sc./ BCS original Mark Sheet + One Xerox Copy of Mark Sheet
• Leaving Certificate (original) + One Xerox Copy of Leaving Certificate
• Caste Certificate ( If applicable)
• Gap Certificate ( If applicable)
• Migration Certificate (If applicable)

Remaining Fees are to be deposited strictly IN CASH before Monday, 12th July 2010 (before 2:00 PM). If student fails to pay the said fees on or before Monday, 12th July 2010, his/her admission will stand cancelled.

Date of Commencement of Course:- Monday, 5th July 2010

IMPORTANT NOTE:-

If two or more candidates have scored equal number of marks in the entrance examination, the marks scored by the students at undergraduate level will be considered for finalizing the admission.
As soon as the required admissions are completed, the admission process will be stopped and further sessions of counseling will be cancelled.
