Admission Notice (Second Round)

• The merit list of the candidates (Open and Reservation) for admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) is displayed on the notice board on the basis of the performance of the Entrance Examination.

• The admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) Part-I Class will be given strictly on the basis of merit and rules of reservation.

Candidates who have applied for the admission to M.Sc. (Computer Science) should report to the Department of Computer Science, MODERN COLLEGE,   SHIVAJINAGAR, PUNE - 05 for finalizing their admissions as per the following schedule:

• Candidates should note that this is only a call for counseling, and it does not indicate any confirmation of admission. The admissions will be offered in order of merit in each category.

• Candidates should confirm their admission by depositing Rs. 1000/- in Cash (Non-refundable) and remaining fees to be deposited in the respective college before Saturday, 3rd July 2010.

• Candidate should also note that they will not have any claim after the prescribed Date & Time as per declared schedule.

• Candidate should bring along with them following necessary  documents:

• B.Sc./ BCS original Mark Sheet + One Xerox Copy of Mark Sheet
• Leaving Certificate (original) + One Xerox Copy of Leaving Certificate
• Caste Certificate ( If applicable)
• Gap Certificate ( If applicable)
• Migration Certificate (If applicable)

Remaining Fees are to be deposited IN CASH before Saturday, 3rd July 2010 (before 12:00 Noon) If student fails to pay the fees on or before Saturday, 3rd July 2010, his/her admission will stand cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Kindly note the following vacancies for the second round:

If two or more candidates have scored equal number of marks the marks scored by the students at undergraduate level will be considered for finalizing the admission.

As soon as the required admissions are completed, the admission process will be stopped and further sessions of counseling will be cancelled.

If required there will be third round of admission, admission notice and further procedure of second round will be displayed on Tuesday, 6th July 2010 at 03.00pm and also will be available on the college websites.
