The Merit List of the candidates (Open and Reservation) for admission to M.Sc. (Microbiology) is prepared on the basis of the candidates� performance at Entrance Examination and at Under Graduate Level.

1. The Category Wise Merit List is displayed on the notice boards and websites of both the Colleges
2. Those candidates’ whose mark sheets have not been received stand disqualified and should not appear for the counseling. No mark sheets will be accepted during counseling.
3. In case of any error in Form No., Name or Category please contact immediately to Mrs. Trupti Kulkarni in the Department of Microbiology, Modern College, Ganeshkhind by 3.00 pm on Tuesday, 7th July 2009.
4. The admission to M.Sc. (Microbiology) Part -I Class will be given strictly on basis of merit and rules of reservation.

Candidates should note that this is only a call for counseling and it does not indicate any confirmation of admission. The admissions will be offered in order of merit in each category.

Candidates should confirm their admission by depositing Rs. 1000/- in cash (Non Refundable) and remaining fees to be deposited in the respective college before Saturday, 11th July 2009.

Candidates should also note that they will not have any claim after the prescribed Day & Time as per declared schedule.

Remaining fees are top be deposited in CASH before SATURDAY, 11TH JULY 2009 (Before 12.00 noon).
If student fails to pay the fees on or before the said date, his/ her admission will stand cancelled.

1. If two or more candidates have scored equal number of marks, the marks scored by the students at FYBSc level will be considered for finalizing the admission.
2. As soon as the required admissions are completed, the admission process will be stopped and further sessions of counseling will be cancelled.
3. Commencement of course is from Monday, 13th July 2009.
