How To Apply ??

1. Please go through all the details of the subject of your interest by selecting the Course for which you wish to give an Entrance Examination.
   KINDLY FOLLOW ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN BELOW :
2. If you are a new user of this online system please select Registered.
   Register yourself on the website i.e. www.moderncollegegk.org link www.moderng.vriddhiedubrain.com by creating  Account with Unique Username and password.
   This Username/password is very important for all further transactions. 
   Please do remember your Username and Password you have created.
3. Once you are the registered user of this system, after clicking on the Link Admission/Merit form you will be in a position to fill an Application form for an admission of your desired Course.
4. • Fill all the information carefully as per the given instructions.
   • Scan your photo and signature & upload to the admission form.
    
   • Once you fill all the details, click on the "Save & Submit" button.
    
   • Then you can see the preview of your filled Application form. On that preview there are two options Print and Update.
   • Once you click on "Submit" you will be redirected to the Preview page. 
   • Here if you want to update any filled information you can update it by clicking on Update button. Or else if your filled information is correct then take a printout directly by clicking on Print button.
   • Then print challan of fees to be paid by clicking print challan. You should check that the said the challan is correct as per your course.
   • Along with the Printed admission form with challan attatche required documents duly self attested to the printed admission form.
   • Get the admission form with all documents and fees challan checked from the form verification committee from the counter.
   • After checking of form deposit the required fees to the bank.
   • Submitt the form along with the college copy and library copy to the concerned clerk in the office and acknowledge the same.
5. Single payment modes is available i.e. Cash (Bank of Maharshtra, Chattushrungi Branch for Granted Course & Cosmos Co.op.Bank ,Ganeshkhind Road Branch for Non Grant Courses.)
6. Please do not take printout of this Preview page. If you find any mistake or you wish to make any changes click on “Update” button.
   College will receive your application form information only after submission of admission form duly checked along with fees deposited challan in the office. 
7. The student have the following documents :
   • The Printout of His/Her Application form.
   • All documents attached, which you have mentioned in your Application form and which are mentioned in "required documents" in that respective course details .
8. If your form is valid (with all details, attested enclosed documents, true eligibility criteria) then the system administrator will approve your Application Form and the Administrator will issue the Identity Card  by changing your status as Approved student. You can see your status by login to your account with the same Username and Password chosen by you .
